Our sustainable approach
To keep our environmental footprint small and to ensure every piece is made with care, we operate on a made-to-order basis. By producing apparel only after an order is placed, we significantly reduce textile waste and overstock.
Fulfillment & Processing Times
- Production Time: Because each item is crafted specifically for you, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be fulfilled and prepared for shipment.
- Business Days: Fulfillment occurs Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Shipping Estimates
Once your order has been crafted and passed quality control, it will be handed off to the carrier. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days after fulfillment.
- Priority Shipping: Typically 1-3 business days after fulfillment.
*Please note: the shipping time is in addition to the 5-10 day production window
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is on the way, you will receive a shipping notification email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has begun or the item has shipped, we are unfortunately unable to redirect the package.
Lost of Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your order number and photo of the damage (if applicable). We will work quickly to ensure you receive a replacement.
