Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a full refund (excluding original and return shipping fees), provided the following criteria are met:
- Timeline: Returns must be initiated and shipping back within 7 days of the date your received your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Packaging: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the original packaging.
Check your calendar: Ensure you are within the 7-day window from your delivery date.
Pack it up: Secure the unused item in its original packaging.
Ship it back: Contact our support team at [email protected] to receive the return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. The amount refunded will represent the total cost of the items purchased minus any shipping charges incurred during the initial transaction.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the hygiene and condition standards listed above.
Incorrect Sizing
Love the design but need a different fit? We offer exchanges for sizing within 7 days of receipt.
Condition: Like returns, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
The Process: Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the size you need. We will check our current inventory to ensure the replacement is in stock.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us, but we will ship your replacement size to you for free!
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great pride in our quality, but if your apparel arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we want to make it right immediately.
Reporting: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence: Send a photo of the damage along with your order number to [email protected]
Resolution: For verified damaged items, we will provide a pre-paid return label and ship out a replacement at no additional cost to you. If the item is out of stock, a full refund (including shipping) will be issued.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns for items that show signs of wear, makeup stains, or pet hair, as these cannot be restocked.
